Making a Booking

You can make a booking with us either via our website, in salon or over the phone. We require to take a $50 deposit for all bookings. All online booking requests will be reviewed to make sure the correct amount of time is allocated. You will then receive either an email/text confirmation or a phone call to confirm or make any necessary changes. For group bookings or large services that require extended time allocations, we require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can get busy, however in the case of no-shows or last minute cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment, we reserve the right to take a $50 fee or 50% of the total appointment, if we are unable to fill this time allocation due to such short notice. You’re responsible for remembering your appointment but in addition, you will receive a confirmation text 4 days before your appointment, allowing plenty of time to let us know if you cannot make it. Phone messages are NOT monitored, so please don’t leave a message. Fastest way to reach us is by phone or email.

Running Late?

We understand that sometimes there is nothing you can do about being a few minutes late. While we aim to see you on time, things can get busy in the salon, too. Your appointment will be held for 20 minutes after the scheduled time before the need to reschedule, and forfeit your deposit or pay the no-show fee. When we are running a few minutes behind, we ask that you are equally understanding. In some cases we might be able to still do part of the appointment but may not have time to blow-dry for example.
