Orders

An order placed by you on the site for an item is only an offer by you to purchase an item for the price as displayed on the Site. Audreyandhim.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason whatever. Your contract with audreyandhim.com will only come into existence when audreyandhim.com advises you by email that it has accepted your order and confirmed receipt of your payment. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and informed of the expected delivery date. If an item you have ordered is sold out or has been discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email and informed.

Returns Policy

We do not accept refunds, only exchange for a credit note or another product. Returns and exchanges for online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags attached. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned in person to our office or one of our affiliated stores. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our offices. We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced price.
